You can request an appointment by phone, text, or email.  I accept payment by cash or PayPal.  I require a deposit prior to appointment approval which is non-refundable if you do not cancel with 24-hour notice.  Appointments are approved on a first-come-first-served basis.  I'll come to your home or business.

Swedish massage, or classic massage as it is called in most countries, is a gentle massage focused on the body’s superficial layers.

Water-heated, smooth stones are placed strategically on the body on key points—with or without pressure.

Hot stone therapy promotes healing by targeting the deeper layers of muscle using heated stones.

Cream particles gently clean the skin and soften the dead skin cells of hands and feet.

Similar to the Swedish Massage but with an even lighter, slower touch.

With written consent from your Oncologist, you may receive a massage that will relax as well as relieve some of your pain. Have you had lymph nodes removed, how many, and where? Possibility of lymphodema?

Hot and cold therapy is the most effective non-addictive and non-invasive pain relief therapy for injuries.

These two therapies work well together to assist in a quicker recovery.

Aromatherapy is a type of Swedish massage. Its focus is relaxation and mindfulness. The main benefits of Aromatherapy massage are reduction of stress and anxiety, decrease in muscle tension and pain relief. It also helps to reduce the symptoms of depression, control inflammation and help with headaches.

Stretching helps keep the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy.  We need that flexibility to maintain our range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight.

Waxing is the process of removing hair from the root. New hair will not grow back in the waxed area for four to six weeks, although some people will see regrowth in only a week due to some hair being on a different growth cycle.
